Garrett Oliver Double Downs
I have often been accused of having the ability to turn any conversation around to be about beer. Well here it goes again….
In case you don’t know who Garrett Oliver is, he is the brewmaster for Brooklyn Brewery. He is an amazing brewer, a very stylish dresser, and is very well known for his knoweledge of pairing food and beers.
In case you don’t know what the Double Down is, it is KFC’s latest attempt at instant artery clogging. The DD is bacon, cheese, mayo and fried chicken breast. Two fried chicken breasts INSTEAD of a bun.
Well in a recent blog entry Garrett reveals his thoughts on beer pairings for the DD.
